It wasn't until I lost my WILD, that I mastered finding it.
I know what it is like to feel lost. Lost in your career, your role as a parent, your enjoyment in being someone's partner, and simply lost in life in general. It was through this feeling of 'lost', my experience of mental health issues and choosing to live through ground zero days, that I uncovered the existence of an INNER WILD, a wild that lives within all of us, men and women, young and old.
This WILD is so incredibly powerful. It is the secret sauce of our being, and once discovered, it drives absolutely everything we do; personally, professionally and in business.
Using 25 years of experience in business building and my personal intrinsic WILD, I am living a life that is completely mine. It is a life that is fulfilling, satisfying and joyful. It is peaceful and calm and perfectly aligned with who I am.

In Australia we are at crisis point, with mature age women sitting at our highest levels of individuals experiencing financial hardship. In fact, women over the age of 65 are reported as being at greatest risk of homelessness. This crisis is due to decades of financial inequality, gender discrimination, carer responsibilities, and sadly, domestic violence, and it is unacceptable.
While we have had progression in equal pay, it still requires acceptance and active change. With the job market size decreasing for women over 40, I see business ownership as an effective solution in decreasing the risk of poverty for older women living in Australia. Through my role at Wild Child Agency, I specialise in upskilling women in business building, so that they can achieve a simplified SUCCESS pathway to a more confident future.

We have held 14 BBI Group gatherings at various locations across the Sutherland Shire where likeminded women in business come together to mastermind ideas and identify actionable steps forward.
2022
Small Business Month
Start with You was our very first Small Business Month event and it saw a group of wonderful local women come together to learn and experience ways in which they can put themselves first in business and life.
2022 - 2023
1-1 Business Building
Through 1-1 Business Management & Growth Consultancy we have achieved MORE than $100K revenue for two small businesses in less than 12 months and assisted 7 women to BUILD their business plan.
2023
Expanded Networking
Early 2023 we invited business women along to the business events we were attending and accidentally created a confident group who connect as a network to jointly attend networking opportunities.
